As a bit of side trivia, Cokesbury is named after two famous Methodists. The first two American bishops in the American church were Thomas Coke and Francis Asbury. They were appointed by John Wesley after the pesky Americans decided to have a revolution.

The Wesley Study Bible is now available. The Wesley Report blog has a nice overview of it, and also an interview with one of the general editors.
The best price I’ve seen online is Cokesbury ($24.95 +$5.75 shipping). Mine is on the way. I hope to do a review of it at some point in the future.

The Wesley Study Bible is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2009. It is being published by Abingdon Press. The text version is the NRSV. Abingdon has a sample available here, which includes the book of James.
The General Editors are Joel B. Green and William H. Willimon. Green is Professor of New Testament Interpretation at Fuller Theological Seminary. Willimon is Resident Bishop of the Birmingham Area of The United Methodist Church.
