Dr. Jerry Walls (co-author of Why I’m not a Calvinist) has started a video critique of Calvinism. Good stuff. Walls is one of my favorite Arminian apologists.

The Blue Parakeet

Where’s Part II
Hi SLW, I think it will be coming. Part 1 was just posted yesterday.
That is a very good presentation of the groundwork for a discussion of free will, I’m interested to see part 2. Very interesting topic that is often ignored in these discussions, leading to folks just talking past each other. I read a good book on compatibilism recently, “Love, Freedom, and Evil: Does Authentic Love Require Free Will” by Thaddeus J Williams.
Tom,
Could you share some of Williams’ best arguments? The book got some high praise from endorsements and the few Amazon reviews it has. I doubt it is as compelling as those make out. Sometimes people are impressed when someone address an issue deeply. But I am quite curious about what new arguments he is presenting.
Thanks for sharing!
